Fourth-year anniversary with the CID Department

We're here to protect your online safety, that's our mission. We want a virtual world that is safe for everyone, and that's our vision.

Here in CID Department, we want to make sure everyone is following the RULES OF QQ and establish punishments for justice to the virtual world virtually and most importantly, physically. We worked hard with Hammer of Justice (HOJ), Finance Department and more.

Since March 2020, QQ Care Centre has introduced the Laptop Department and served more than three year and counting!

On April 2023, we're changing our name from Laptop Department to the Communications, Information and Digital (CID) Department, to expand the management of technologies around QQ Care Centre.

As of today in April 2024, from when we started, we, the CID Department had protected more than 600% of internet safety* for all the members of QQ compared to if CID Department does not exist. That is an incredibly record and a proud achievement for all the members of QQ.

CID Department is a must to protect every user when entering to the digital world of metaverse. Whenever or whatever, CID Department always put safety the top priority and not every other. 

We, the CID Department will enforce acts, based on facts, and not any other than that.
