Terms and Conditions of all portal websites of QQ Care Centre

SECTION 1: Welcome to the official QQ Care Centre portal website (or known as the "Services/services")

(a) By using our services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below (which will be known as "Terms" for this DNS; and "General Terms" for other DNS that linked to this whole Terms).

(b) In these Terms, words such as "us", "we" or "our" refers to QQ Care Centre; and words such as "you", or "your' refers to the user of the services.

SECTION 2: The Services

(a) The main aim to provide these services is to allow members of QQ to access to all services provided by the relevant organizations of QQ or agencies of QQ Care Centre. Members of QQ are obligated to use these services in order to fulfill any obligations, or to give or gain any information that is necessary in QQ Care Centre.

(b) The services provided is via dedicated portal websites (or known as “sites”, “DNS” or “Subdomains”) that was developed by the Google Wai Kit Team (GWK) and the Communications, Information and Digital (CID) Department of QQ Care Centre. 

(c) These portal websites are the following:

SECTION 3: Permission of Services Usage

(a) All members of QQ have the FULL rights and access of the services.

(b) All Google Inc. representatives have partial rights to access the service for the purpose of securing the interest of Google.

(c) Any outsiders that require services provided by the agencies of QQ may access to the services, provided that the service provided is meant for outsiders.

(d) NO other users can have access to the services if they are not any of the parties stated above.

SECTION 4: The Usage of Google Inc. Services

(a) Most of the services (portal websites) are powered by Google Sites and Google Forms. Google Sites and Google Forms are products, services, registered trademarks, and properties of Google Inc. The CID Department had declared that the services provided by Google Inc. are safe to use.

(b) By using any of the “Services”, you agree to the Terms of Service of Google Inc. which can be found at https://policies.google.com/terms. All disputes and appeals that only includes regarding about you and Google Inc. must be made according to Google's Terms of Service which can be found at section heading 'Settling disputes, governing law and courts' at https://policies.google.com/terms.

(c) All disputes and appeals that includes the CID Department or/and QQ Care Centre must be made and settle exclusively by the jurisdiction Hammer of Justice (See Section 15 of this Terms for more info).

(d) The 'Report abuse' button: The 'Report abuse' button, which can be found by hovering and click the 'i' below left is meant for Google® Sites if users believe that QQ Care Centre violates their policies. Users may do so and report to Google if they have sufficient evidence of the hypothesis to suggest that QQ Care Centre violates any of the Google policies. In which you are Google Inc. representative, please contact us at qqcarecentre@gmail.com to discuss more about the report. SECTION 5: Payment Method Usage in these Services

(a) Under Section 83.1 QQ rules Penal Code 83 Act 2022, the currency that was used in QQ Care Centre is QQ dollars (“QQ$”). It is a virtual currency that was used in QQ Care Centre to pay for products and services offered, taxes, fines, compound tickets, and any other financial obligations.

(b) Taxes are Goods and Services’ Taxes (“GST”) and Income Sales Taxes (“IST”). Taxes is a must to pay under QQ rules Penal Code 44 Act 2021.

(c) QQ dollars ("QQ$") are NOT a real-world currency or cryptocurrency and it is NOT exchangeable to any of it. Illegal authorization, trade or misuse of QQ dollars ("QQ$") can be punished in accordance by the Rules of QQ.

SECTION 6: Illegal Copyrighting Content

Under Section 4 of the General Terms of GWK which can be found at https://www.thegwk.tk/general-terms, if you take any photos, videos, information, paragraphs, text, system or any other data that belongs to QQ Care Centre or GWK without consent, the CID Department or GWK will contact or investigate you, your service, site or any applicable provider for the purpose of sending a cease and desist (C&D) letter or a notice of removal to remove these data. GWK will have the FULL rights to own or terminate your service as partial or whole.

SECTION 7: Trademarks

(a) There are several trademarks that was belonged to QQ Care Centre. The list of trademarks are as follows:

• QQadvisory™

• PROTECT FROM FUSS™

(b) These trademarks are governed by QQ Care Centre and are supervised in accordance with the international law and rights. By using the services, you agree to NOT use these trademarks for any other purposes other than the exclusive rights to use it for the purpose of our services. 

SECTION 8: Damages Made by the Public

(a) NO ONE, REGARDLESS OF ANY LAW, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE CONFICTS, ORGANIZATION, COMPANY AND ENFORCEMENT ARE EVER ALLOWED (AS AN “ATTEMPTED STUNT”, OR “PURPOSE”, OR “ACCIDENT”) TO HACKING, PHISHING, HARASSING, SPAMMING, MISLEADING, ADDING VIRUS, WORMS, SPIDERS, CENTIPEDE, SNAKES TO THE "SERVICE". 

(b) BY ATTEMPTING THE "STUNT" ABOVE, YOU HEREBY PAY ALL PROPERTY DAMAGES OR/AND LOSS OF NOT LESS THAN ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$100,000.00).

(c) DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE RULES OF QQ, AND IN AN OBVIOUS CASE, YOU'LL LOSE THE CASE, AND THEREFORE PAY DOUBLE OF THE PROPERTY DAMAGES (EXCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES OF NOT LESS THAN TEN THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS, "US$10,000.00").

SECTION 9: NOT responsible for Injury, Death and Any Other Pain

QQ Care Centre and GWK will NOT be responsible for any injuries, any deaths and any other pain that suffered by anyone due to unethical usage(s) from the services.

SECTION 10: Misleading of Information

By using our services, you agree to ONLY provide correct, accurate, truthful and factual information and data to these services. PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION IS A SERIOUS OFFENSE UNDER QQ RULES PENAL CODE 31 ACT 2021.

SECTION 11: Language of these Services

The services provided by QQ Care Centre are all in the English language. However, there are several organizations or agencies of QQ that uses Malay, French and Chinese.

SECTION 12: Privacy, Data and Cookie Policy

(a) We only collect data if you submit a Google Forms to us, or enter, or type any information to our services.

(b) Other data such as cookies may be collected by Google Inc. You can review their Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

SECTION 13: Your Duty To Keep Your Security Info Safe

(a) If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party, including to who you trusted, except the agencies of QQ Care Centre.

(b) QQ Care Centre or the CID Department has the rights to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of these services.

(c) If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code, password or other type of security identity, you risk all of the security procedures to the suspect and may lost your virtual valuable (like "informations" and "QQ dollars"). You may contact us at qqcarecentre@gmail.com to check whether we can help on the suspected person who knows your user identification code, password or other type of security identity.

SECTION 14: Section for Users using Apple Inc. Products and Services

(a) If you are using an Apple Inc. product such as "iPhone®", "iPad®", "iPod®" "iPod Touch®", "MacBook Pro®", "MacBook Air®" or services such as Safari, please take note that these Terms and Conditions are between you and QQ Care Centre. Apple Inc. has nothing to do with these Terms and Conditions. 

(b) All disputes and appeals that only includes regarding about you and Apple Inc. must be made according to the Legal - Apple Media Services which can be found at section 'GOVERNING LAWS' at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html. All disputes and appeals that includes the CID Department or/and QQ Care Centre must be made by the jurisdiction Hammer of Justice (See Section 15 of this Terms for more info).

SECTION 15: Governing Rules

(a) These Terms and Conditions are protected and governed under the RULES OF QQ.

(b) Regardless of anyone around the world, all disputes and appeals regarding about this Terms and Conditions shall be made and settle exclusively by the jurisdiction Hammer of Justice. 

(c) If the jurisdiction of Hammer of Justice can't made these disputes and appeals because it only regarding or reflect to other areas, then these disputes and appeals may be made and settle in your local court of your country, state, county, city, area or other place of your residence.

SECTION 16: Additional Agreement

(a) By using our services, you agree to the General Terms of Google Wai Kit Team which can be found at https://www.thegwk.com/general-terms. 

(b) Our web domain name (qq.thegwk.com) is provided by GoDaddy. By using our "Services", you agree to the Universal Terms of Service Agreement of GoDaddy which can be found at https://www.godaddy.com/en-ph/legal/agreements/universal-terms-of-service-agreement.

(c) By using Envelope Delivery for Laziness' (EDL) services, you agree to the EDL General Terms which can be found at https://edl.qq.thegwk.tk/general-terms.
