By using our Services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below.

2.25 The main aim to provide these "Services" are to connect the members of QQ with the relevant agencies of QQ Care Centre. QQ Care Centre provides useful information and tools to manage the interactions between them and us on a daily basis. We launched many "Services" to make the members of QQ's life easier, fastest and ever before.

3) Who can use the “Service”?

3.1 If you are a member of QQ, you can have the full access of the “Services”.

3.2 If you are a Google® representative, as according to your Terms which can be found at https://policies.google.com/terms, you can have the full access to the "Service" only as a case study or to do your duty.

3.3 If you are not anyone stated above (or known as a "public user"), you have no rights to access any of the “Service” under the General Terms of the Google Wai Kit team which can be found at https://www.thegwk.tk/general-terms. Under Section 3 of the General Terms of the Google Wai Kit team, illegal or unauthorized access to these private websites will face severe consequences.

3.4 The restriction on Section 3.3 is given to all to public users, unless you're given a special pass to use our "Services" as a part of a task.

4) Google® Sites and Google® Forms (Google Inc.)

Most of our services are powered by Google® Sites and Google® Forms. Google® Sites and Google® Forms are both a product, service and property of Google® Inc. The Laptop Department had declared that Google® services is safe to use.

4.1 By using any of the “Services”, you agree to the Terms of Service of Google Inc. which can be found at https://policies.google.com/terms.

4.2 All disputes and appeals that only includes regarding about you and Google Inc. must be made according to Google's Terms of Service which can be found at section heading 'Settling disputes, governing law and courts' at https://policies.google.com/terms.

4.3 All disputes and appeals that includes the Laptop Department or/and QQ Care Centre must be made and settle exclusively by the jurisdiction Hammer of Justice (See section 15 of this Terms and Conditions for more info).

4.4 The 'Report abuse' button: The 'Report abuse' button, which can be found by hovering and click the 'i' below left is meant for Google® Sites if we violate their policies. You may do so and report to Google® if we violate their Google® Sites policies. 5) Payment made by the “Service”

QQ Care Centre has a virtual currency that is named QQ dollars (“QQ$”). It is a virtual currency that was used in QQ Care Centre to pay for items (such as “products” and “services”, refer to Section 5.4 for an example), taxes (Refer to Section 5.1) and compound tickets (Refer to Section 5.2), invented by the Finance Department of QQ Care Centre.

5.1 Taxes are Goods and Services’ Taxes (“GST”) and Income Sales Taxes (“IST”). Taxes is a must to pay under QQ rules Penal Code 44 Act 2021.

5.2 Compound tickets are penalties that if you caught to be bleaching or violating the Rules of QQ, you’ll have to pay a certain amount of QQ dollars to the Hammer of Justice. Fines are much heavier penalties for higher crimes.

5.3 QQ dollars ("QQ$") are NOT a real-world currency or cryptocurrency and it is NOT exchangeable to any of it. Illegal authorization, trade or misuse of QQ dollars ("QQ$") can be punished in accordance by the Rules of QQ.

5.4 An EXAMPLE of appropriate usage of QQ dollars ("QQ$") are MagasinerQQ™ which users will be checking out and pay at the 'Bon de commande' (an "order form" for MagasinerQQ™) for the items that users would like to purchase.

6) Illegal copyrighting content

Under Section 4 of the General Terms of the Google Wai Kit team which can be found at https://www.thegwk.tk/general-terms, if you take any photos, videos, text, system or any other data that belongs to QQ Care Centre or the Google Wai Kit team without consent, we may be contact or investigate you, your service, site or any provider for a removal.

6.1 If you disagree with a removal, we will have the rights to terminate whatever you have based on QQ rules that allows us to do so, regardless of your country, state, city or county's governing law.

6.2 If you are a member of QQ, you may take legal content if you have the rights to do so or if it is your property.

7) Trademarks

We have trademarks that belongs to QQ Care Centre, there are:

7.5 These trademarks are governed under the RULES OF QQ and are supervised in accordance with the international law and rights.

7.6 You do not have the rights to use our trademarks without our permission, consent and order, even if our trademarks that may not registered.

8) Damages of the “Service” that are made by the public

8.1 NO ONE, REGARDLESS OF ANY LAW, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE CONFICTS, ORGANIZATION, COMPANY AND ENFORCEMENTS IS EVER ALLOWED (AS AN “ATTEMPTED STUNT”, OR “PURPOSE”, OR “ACCIDENT”) TO: HACKING, PHISHING, HARASSING, SPAMMING, MISLEADING, ADDING VIRUS, WORMS, SPIDERS, CENTIPEDE, SNAKES TO THE "SERVICE".

8.2 BY ATTEMPTING THE "STUNT" ABOVE, YOU HEREBY PAY ALL PROPERTY DAMAGES OR/AND LOSS OF NOT LESS THAN ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$100,000.00).

8.3 DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE RULES OF QQ, AND IN AN OBVIOUS CASE, YOU'LL LOSE THE CASE, AND THEREFORE PAY DOUBLE OF THE PROPERTY DAMAGES (EXCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES OF NOT LESS THAN TEN THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS, "US$10,000.00").

9) We do NOT responsible for injury, death and any other pain

We do NOT responsible for any injuries, any deaths and any other pain that suffered by anyone from the "Services".

10) Misleading of information

10.1 We will NOT be responsible for any misleading of information from our "Services". This includes typo, grammar error and other 'slangs'.

10.2 Note that you MUST NOT send any misinformation or 'false information' to our "Services" as it is an offense under QQ rules Penal Code 31 Act 2021.

11) Language of the "Services"

Our "Services" primarily uses English, Malay, French, Spanish and Chinese. We tried our very significant effort to translated from the original meaning to the same meaning in another language (for some "sites"), but we can't guaranteed that they're accurate.

12) Privacy, Data and Cookie Policy

We only collect data if you submit a Google® Forms to us, or enter, or type any information to our 'Services". Other data such as cookies may be collected by Google Inc. You can review their Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

13) Your duty to keep your security info from our "Services" safe

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party, including to who you trusted, except the agencies of QQ Care Centre.

QQ Care Centre has the rights to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of the "Services".

If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code, password or other type of security identity, you risk all of the security procedures to the suspect and may lost your virtual valuable (like "informations" and "QQ dollars").

14) Section for users who access using Apple Inc. products and services

If you are using an Apple Inc. product such as "iPhone®", "iPad®", "iPod®" "iPod Touch®", "MacBook Pro®", "MacBook Air®" or services such as 'Safari', please take note that these Terms and Conditions are between you and QQ Care Centre. Apple Inc. has nothing to do with these Terms and Conditions.

14.1 All disputes and appeals that only includes regarding about you and Apple Inc. must be made according to the Legal - Apple Media Services which can be found at section 'GOVERNING LAWS' at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html.

14.2 All disputes and appeals that includes the Laptop Department or/and QQ Care Centre must be made by the jurisdiction Hammer of Justice (See section 15 of this Terms and Conditions for more info).

15) Governing Rules

15.1 These Terms and Conditions are protected and governed under the RULES OF QQ.

15.2 Regardless of anyone around the world, all disputes and appeals regarding about this Terms and Conditions shall be made and settle exclusively by the jurisdiction Hammer of Justice.

15.3 If the judge of Hammer of Justice can't made these disputes and appeals because it only regarding or reflect to other areas, then these disputes and appeals may be made and settle in your local court of your country, state, county, city, area or other place of your residence.

16.1 By using our "Services", you agree to the General Terms of Google Wai Kit team which can be found at https://www.thegwk.tk/general-terms.

16.2 Our web domain name (qq.thegwk.tk) are provided by Freenom and Dot TK. By using our "Services", you agree to Freenom and Dot TK's terms at https://www.freenom.com/.

16.3 Our hosting service, NakedSSL provide us the hosting service. By using our "Services", you agree to NakedSSL's terms at https://app.nakedssl.com/terms.

16.4 By using Envelope Delivery for Lazyness' (EDL) portal, you agree to their General Terms at https://edl.qq.thegwk.tk/general-terms.
