UNDER QQ RULES PENAL CODE 9 ACT 2021
No one in QQ is allowed to accept bribe in order to get out of an offense or tasks under the RULES OF QQ.
CORRUPTION WILL:
DESTROY THE SOVEREIGNTY OF QQ CARE CENTRE
DESTROY THE REPUTATION OF QQ CARE CENTRE
DESTROY THE IMAGE OF THE MEMBERS OF QQ
EMBARRASSED BY THE MEDIA IN THE WORLD
AFFECT THE GROWTH OF THE ECONOMY
AFFECT THE ORGANIZATIONS OF QQ
AFFECT THE ADMINSTRATION OF THE AGENCIES OF QQ
AFFECT THE WELLBEING OF THE MEMBERS OF QQ
AFFECT THE IMAGE OF QQ CARE CENTRE
AFFECT THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE OUTSIDERS
Under Section 9.1 QQ rules Penal Code 9 Act 2021, it states that:
9.1 No person is allowed to –
(a) corrupt anyone or any party in the agencies of QQ that pursue a legal order,
(b) corrupt anyone to do task(s) that are illegally, injustice, unfair, abusive, benefit to the corruptor or/and to abuse someone,
(c) accept any bribe(s) from the corruptor and benefit the corruptor by abuse the person’s power,
(d) accept any bribe(s) to gain extra money by accepting bribe(s) and misuse the person’s power, or/and
(e) involve in any corruption or/and accepting bribes.
Under Section 9.2 QQ rules Penal Code 9 Act 2021, it states that:
9.2 Any person who commits an offense under Section 9.1 and anyone who is involved in corruption, giving or/and receiving bribes will receive mandatory 50 times of squatting per offender, mandatory 7 hours (up to 120 hours) of isolation per offender and mandatory fine of whichever the HIGHEST in either subsection (a) or (b) below –
(a) 10 times (×10) of the dealt corruption money per offender.
(b) QQ$100,000.00 fine per offender.
