1. Do NOT plug any other smart devices to the wall. If you do need your smart device and your smart device is low, please use a power bank instead.

2. Do NOT go out of QQ or open any windows and doors outside of QQ.

3. Do NOT bath, shower or run any tap water unless it is an emergency.

4. In case of a power outage, QQ's electrical service will remain down until the thunderstorm is stopped or as soon as possible to prevent unwanted thunder damage.

5. IF YOU SEE SPARKS FROM ANY SWITCH OR PLUGS (typically thunder sound 3 seconds after the sparks): Immediately contact OKITO and do NOT use the plug because the earth wire might not working.

Before an attack (Must act immediately)

1. Get inside of QQ as quickly as possible or if there's time, go out and purchase essential items.

2. Pack your smart device(s), your pets, dolls or toys, flashlight, a few set of clothes, big plastic bag (to dispose clothes that exposed to radiation), masks, hand sanitizer, water bottle, packed food, power bank, charging cable and plug, batteries, wallet with money and documents, backpack, medicine (specifically paracetamol, Yu Yee Oil®, cough syrups etc) and more survival or essential needs.

3. Take everything outside to inside because going out after an explosion is impossible due to fallout. Everyone must stay inside of QQ for at least 24 hours, even if it is an emergency. According to data by TED, fallout occurs after 15 minutes of explosion, then > 50% of them will fall. So if there is an emergency, wait 24 hours to do so.

4. All electrical items may working so hurry to charge whatever you have first.

During an attack

1. After a bomb, everyone must enter QQ as soon as possible. During this period, there's no time to get out and buy supplies. The only thing to do with outside was to take all items from outside or car and bring it in. After 15 minutes, fallout will appear. During this period do NOT go out of QQ even if it is an emergency for 24 hours.

2. Stay downstairs at all times in case fallout can enter the roof.

3. To bath, lean towards so that any fallout doesn't enter your ears, eyes, nose or mouth.

4. Put old clothes in a plastic bag so radiation won't come out.

After an attack

1. Continue to tune in to QQtv for more info regarding the situation outside.

2. Beware of electrical wire, debris and more when heading out.

3. Updates will be arrive via WhatsApp as quickly as possible.

Before an outage (only if there is a scheduled timing)

1. Charge all smart devices, that includes the laptop, QQ iPad and other smart devices. Unplug 5 minutes before the outage.

2. Put everything that needs to stay cooled inside the fridge or freezer. Take out only the things you want to reserve to eat during the outage and can last during the outage. Do NOT open the fridge or freezer 15 minutes prior to the outage.

3. Prepare torch lights and other helpful kits that you need nearby your place.

4. Connect to Wi-Fi and update any apps or back up whatever you want just in case the outage last longer and you can't use the router's features.

5. One volunteer to click 'Boil' on the water heater to preserve hot water just in case in the future.

6. Prepare a bottle of water if you'd like.

During an outage

1. Do NOT plug anything into any plug in case of failed fuse occurs.

2. Do NOT open the fridge or freezer unless it is an emergency.

3. Stay connected by turning on your mobile data at all times.

4. If you need help, scream.

5. During the outage, water pump will not be working. Therefore the water will run very slowly.

After an outage

You can go back to your normal tasks. But if you notice anything unusual you can contact OKITO for more info.

Before a disruption (only if there is a scheduled timing)

1. If the disruption was more than 1 hour away, it should be safe to pre-bath first.

2. Fill up all buckets with clean water. It there's time, wash the bucket first before filling up.

3. Wash all plates, cups, bowl etc.

4. Fill up a bottle of water for throughout hydration.

5. Wash your hands.

6. Prepare tissue, hand sanitizers, wet-wipes etc.

7. No one is allowed to use any bowl, cups or kitchen utensils.

8. Flash all toilet bowl.

During a disruption

1. Do NOT bath. If you really need to, use excessively low amount of shampoo. Turn off the water pump so the water wouldn't rush too much. The recommended time for soaking is 10 seconds; rinsing body 60 seconds; and rinsing floor 15 seconds. Do NOT run water when scrubbing your body. Prepare to start rinsing before turning on the hose.

2. Do NOT run any activities that uses excessively insane amount of water such as mopping the floor.

3. Do NOT use any kitchen utensils.

4. If you need to wash your hands, use hand sanitizer. If running water is needed, the maximum time per wash is 30 seconds including soaking, scrubbing, rinsing of hands and rinsing of sink.

After a disruption

Usually the process from the water facility towards QQ is about 24 hours. Check the Air Selangor portal at https://hentitugas.airselangor.com for latest updates. Once water is back, you can go back to your normal tasks. But if you notice anything unusual, please contact OKITO for more info.
