MyRecord will NOT be mandatory for owners of PC, laptop, iPad and tablet

MYRECORD NO LONGER MANDATORY FOR OWNERS
The agencies of QQ announce today that starting with the upcoming Amendment of the RULES OF QQ, owners who uses laptop(s), Personal Computers (PCs), iPad or/and other tablet(s) that was managed by the Communications, Information and Digital (CID) Department will NOT need to fill up MyRecord.
This move is part of the Massive Reform plan by Admin OKITO LIM that respects the privacy of the members of QQ IN EXCHANGE of respecting the RULES OF QQ.
NON-OWNER INCLUDING NON-MOQS REMAINS MANDATORY
However, MyRecord or PC Record book is still mandatory for non-owners under QQ rules Penal Code 13 Act 2020.
Section 13.3 of the Amendment of this Penal Code Act (bill) clarifies that "any person, except the owner, who used the laptop(s), Personal Computers (PCs), iPad or/and other tablet(s) without filling in their usage session stated in Section 13.2 will receive up to 14 times of squatting, up to 48 hours of isolation or/and up to QQ$30,000.00 fine."
