Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners
Click on Add device and wait for QQ-Printer appear in the list. Once that appears, click on Add device on the QQ-Printer.
You may rename the printer to QQ's Printer for easy reference.

Please try the following steps:
Restart your PC/laptop.
Check your PC/laptop software update to ensure it is running the latest software.
Turn off the printer. Wait for 30 seconds, and turn it on again.
Make sure both devices are connected with the same Wi-Fi Network. Try connect to a different network in QQ Care Centre if the current network isn't working.
